Judith Ehrlich Literary Management LLC, established in 2002 and based in New York City, is a full service agency. We represent nonfiction and fiction, both literary and commercial for the mainstream trade market. Our approach is very hands on, editorial, and constructive with the primary goal of helping authors build successful writing careers.

Special areas of interest include compelling narrative nonfiction, outstanding biographies and memoirs, lifestyle books, works that reflect our changing culture, women’s issues, psychology, science, social issues, current events, parenting, health, history, business, and prescriptive books offering fresh information and advice.

We also seek and represent stellar commercial and literary fiction, including romance and other women’s fiction, historical fiction, literary mysteries, and select thrillers.

Our agency deals closely with all major and independent publishers. When appropriate, we place our properties with foreign agents and co-agents at leading film agencies in New York and Los Angeles.
